So today was pretty cool. Cash never really starts my days off well, but Lark worked well (against her will, I might add) took Amanda to the dentist in my free block of time, and had really great rides. Theo was a dick at first, but really did well during the pattern... not perfect, but better than he has been. Chance was freaking amazing! He thought he'd get backed up, but he got over it and was working great. I wanna show him in Pleasure at Showmasters, hopefully Jewel doesn't wanna show him, gonna talk to her.

Anyway, I should go shower. Yay for good rides and good weather!

I had a really good day. Didn't have to do anything in the farrier shop except hold Dundee, and lunch sucked, but whatever. I got a private lesson with Nancy (a $60 value!) because Sam and Felzer didn't show up to my 1 o'clock. Oh, darn. ;) Peppy was SO MUCH FUN!!! Didn't do too much with her, she hasn't been really ridden in something like 2 months, but I've got a game plan. Two-D was fun, too, yay for horses that are unsure of themselves!

Otherwise, not a lot to report. Just felt like saying YAAAAY for good rides.

So my day was rockin' awesome. Drifter actually managed to behave himself instead of being the devil incarnate, and I got some real work out of him. He's not so bad when he's actually, you know, off my leg and trying to listen. He's lateral as all hell, but he's not too bad. If only I could work out a way to stop him from running my ass over coming out of the gate of wide arena. But I think I may have it figured out.

I got to ride Smokey Stripe in Jen's class. *grin* Yay for a pony that actually just does what I ask of him, and I got to work on my spins, rollbacks, and slides!! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!! He's a broken old man, but he can still move. I needed that. I'm not a fucking moron! At least I hope I'm not...
