What's your favorite thing about the holidays? Least favorite?
Family, friends. Presents are good too :) Least favorite: the damn snow. It's pretty once the roads are clear. Until then, I hate the stuff.
Would you prefer fame or respect? Why?
Respect. Have you seen what celebrities go through on a daily basis? No thanks.
Have you ever experienced a natural disaster? If so: when, where and what happened?
There was an earthquake that was 7.5 on the richter scale in CA when I was a kid- nothing major happened where I was living, but it brought down buildings elsewhere. Also, Cedar fire, 2003- got burned out and we holed up for three days watching the fire come down the hill. That was fun.
How many times did you move growing up? How did moving (or staying put) impact your childhood?
7 times. I missed a lot of stuff at school because of it, and I'm practically phobic of moving now- despite the fact that I keep doing it. I also tend not to bother to make friends when I move to a new place... what was the point, way back when? It's a habit I can't seem to break now.
What was your very first job?
*Ever?*
...raking sand lawns in 29 Palms. Wow. I'd almost forgotten that. I'd go around and pound on doors, asking if anyone wanted me to rake their "lawn" of sand. I don't remember how well I did in business, but I know I had a few takers...
If you could enforce one rule of etiquette, what would it be?

Stop dropping doors on people! Jeebus. I held the door for an old guy at a rest stop last weekend and I think it almost gave him a heart attack. "Oh, wow, thank you!" It's really not that tough to stop for 5 seconds so the person behind you doesn't get a door in the face. Maybe that's just me.
If you were to open up a business of your own, what would it be?

A boarding facility. I'd flip horses, board, foster some rescues, hire someone to teach.
What's your favorite thing about springtime?
The smells. Things smell again! Oh, and being able to wear less clothing... I hate winter coats.

More time to be out in the day!
